Rags Sandhu Appointed Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA)

I am deeply honoured to announce that I have been appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).

This Fellowship is a recognition of my ongoing commitment to public service, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. It represents not just past achievements, but also a pledge to continue working towards positive change in Bexley, London, and beyond.

“This Fellowship is not just an honour — it’s a commitment to use creativity, service, and collaboration to deliver meaningful change.”Rags Sandhu

The Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) is a global network of change-makers, innovators, and thought leaders dedicated to solving the pressing challenges of our time.

Founded in 1754, the RSA has a proud history of promoting creativity, innovation, and practical solutions to social issues.

RSA Fellows are individuals recognised for:

  • Their contributions to society, business, and culture

  • Their commitment to creativity, courage, and collaboration

  • Their desire to share knowledge and ideas to drive progress

Why this matters?

Becoming a Fellow of the RSA is a humbling moment in my journey.

Over the years, I have worked to:

  • Support local businesses and entrepreneurs

  • Serve my community as a councillor and Deputy Mayor of Bexley

  • Champion civic and charitable initiatives that empower residents

  • Build bridges across different groups to create a more inclusive community

This Fellowship reflects those efforts and reinforces the importance of working together to achieve lasting impact.

Looking Ahead:

This Fellowship is both a recognition of past service and a foundation for future action.

I look forward to:

  • Bringing new ideas and opportunities to Bexley

  • Using RSA networks to connect local voices with global conversations

  • Developing projects that drive social, cultural, and economic progress

Above all, I remain committed to ensuring that this honour translates into real benefits for the people and communities I serve.
